Her practice encompasses a broad range of employment-related issues, including workplace investigations, non-compete and employment agreements, EEO matters, and separation negotiations. In addition to her employment law practice, Dezi defends clients in liability and tort-based claims, bringing a comprehensive and pragmatic approach to resolving legal challenges. Prior to joining LBB, Dezi gained significant litigation experience across both public and private sectors in both Oregon and Alaska. She has successfully handled complex employment disputes and regularly advises clients on compliance, policy development, disability accommodations, and risk management related to hiring, discipline, and termination.
