In addition to Landye Bennett Blumstein’s historic representation of companies in the seafood processing industry, the firm’s current practice includes representation of commercial and recreational fishers in licensing, compliance, enforcement, environmental, and conservation matters before state and federal agencies and courts.

The firm also represents tribes and subsistence users in the assertion and protection of federal and state subsistence rights, and the development and implementation of cooperative and co-management organizations, through practice before courts and administrative and management agencies.
