Transactional Associate Attorney

Landye Bennett Blumstein LLP seeks an attorney to become a part of and grow with its expansive real estate, M&A, business, and transactional practice. Successful candidates will have a minimum of 4 years of legal experience, be admitted to the Alaska Bar, or eligible to waive in. Responsibilities:
Draft and negotiate commercial real estate and business contracts, including leases, purchase and sale agreements and development agreements; facilitate and close real estate, M&A and financing transactions; handle entity formations and draft and negotiate operating agreements, shareholder agreements, joint venture agreements and partnership agreements; general counsel work for real estate clients.

Qualifications:
Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
Admission to the Alaska State Bar, or eligibility to waive in.
Minimum of 4 years of experience.
