Creditors’ Rights Attorney – Anchorage, Alaska
Landye Bennett Blumstein LLP (LBB) is seeking an experienced Creditors’ Rights Attorney to join our respected Anchorage office. This position focuses on creditors’ rights, collections, debt recovery, and bankruptcy matters.

Responsibilities:
- Advise clients in connection with debtor insolvency, work-outs and loan modifications
- Represent clients in debt recovery and bankruptcy proceedings
- Prepare and file proofs of claim, writs of attachment, garnishments and related pleadings
- Handle motion practice and court appearances
- Negotiate settlements and guide clients through strategic resolution of claims
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor from an accredited law school
- Admission to the Alaska Bar, or eligibility to waive in
- 4+ years of relevant legal experience (collections, creditor representation, or bankruptcy preferred)
