Condominium and Homeowner Association Law

Landye Bennett Blumstein has more lawyers with more years of experience devoting a substantial portion of their practice to representing condominium and homeowner associations than any other law firm in Oregon.

With the distinction of having the only two lawyers in Oregon who are members of the College of Community Association Lawyers, the firm actively represents over a thousand condominium and homeowner associations in every aspect of their work administering the affairs of condominiums, planned unit developments, commercial or industrial PUDs, and mixed-use projects.
