Before returning to Anchorage and joining the firm in 2021, Ambriel clerked for Chief Justice Daniel E. Winfree of the Alaska Supreme Court in Fairbanks. In her third year of law school, Ambriel was selected to extern full-time for the Honorable Diarmuid F. O’Scannlain of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. Ambriel also tutored law students in Oregon’s Legal Research and Writing Program and served as Co-Director of the Native American Law Students Association and Executive Editor of the Oregon Law Review while in law school. As a three-time summer clerk for LBB, Ambriel gained experience in the full range of client services provided by LBB. Her focuses include addressing complex issues in Alaska Native law, litigation, business transactions, and employment law.
A lifelong Alaskan, Ambriel enjoys getting outdoors whenever possible, particularly trail running and cross-country skiing.
