As a lawyer, I’m always striving to be trustworthy, compassionate, dedicated and experienced.

Bob Hopkins is the senior trial lawyer for the firm in Portland and heads Landye Bennett Blumstein’s aviation litigation practice. He has extensive experience in products liability, business, and personal injury litigation. Bob has litigated claims against virtually all the major aircraft and helicopter manufacturers, a wide variety of aviation component suppliers, and multiple air carriers and maintenance facilities.

Over his forty years of trial work, he has obtained among the largest verdicts and settlements in Oregon, beginning with the landmark case of Myers v.
