George joins the team Landye Bennett Blumstein, LLP as an experienced real estate professional. His main areas of practice fall under business law, construction law, real estate, development and transactions. Through his extensive knowledge of the real estate and construction industry, he is able to guide his clients through the decision-making process providing them peace of mind.
George maintains a strong grasp on a variety of real estate matters such as acquisitions, leasing, financing, construction contracts, joint ventures, and title matters, among others. This gives him an advantage among other attorneys due to his insight into the various facets of the real estate and construction industry. His experience and connections in the real estate market help George position his clients for success and work toward achieving their goals.
George received his undergraduate degree in Managerial Economics from the University of California, Davis and later earned his Juris Doctorate from Lewis & Clark Law School. He was admitted to the Oregon State Bar shortly thereafter.
As a loyal participant in the community, George devotes his free time volunteering at local food banks and is a member of the Urban Land Institute. He also prides himself in living an active lifestyle by training and competing in masters swimming, masters water polo, running, cycling and more.
When he’s not in the office, George enjoys spending time with his wife, traveling to tropical islands, hanging with and walking his dog, and watching sports.
